WHO GoT CUT!?, WHO GAVE UP & WHY?
#TNM is an intense program. We have a business focus. Smart artists use this place as a stepping stone.
![]() BUT... Some artists come to us with a strong sense of entitlement that they may not have earned the right to claim just yet. WAIT JUST HEAR ME OUT!
Here is what we mean. It's one thing to make a lot of music, simply keep uploading free content or uploading to some kind of site in order to sell your mp3's. Then get people to click on some links and like, play ect....

It's another thing entirely to build on a professional level.
MILLIONS OF PEOPLE ARE UPLOADING MUSIC! Becoming a brand and a business takes work.
#TNM helps artists understand all the steps that it takes to build a business and a brand. We do some of the work for our artists, depending on what services we are currently providing. Although we all but hold our members hand, a lot of the work still has to be done by the artist! Most artists are NOT looking to do the work or invest the time, effort and money to actually launch themselves up the ladder to a professional level.

"Many folks have it it their minds that they can somehow get magical attention just because of a good song. The problem with that is the internet provides professionals in the industry with a literal sea of millions of great songs! If I cut 100 artists I can have a thousand more in a week. The industry is highly competitive today.
That's just the way it is period. If you want to stand out in a sea of great songs, acts and artists, you have to be working harder then the other guy. That's just all there is to it." - Lady Rayne McCloud #TNM CEO
WE DON'T just magically make someone famous!
In order to be recognized in today's industry an artist has to work hard, period. We make it easier, by directing the client to the proper channels, tools, and education. #TNM cuts the costs these artists incur down to under a third of what the true cost would normally be to build a business and create a brand.
There is a high demand for getting into #TNM. Where else to get the amount of information we provide and especially in a one on one fashion? No other company is providing legal aid, administration of publishing, copyrights, ISRC codes, cataloging and so many other services for pennies on the dollar. We try to make it relatively easy to get in, but it's not easy to remain a member.
AND HERE'S WHY
We generally provide an artist one year to show that there is a strong and genuine work ethic. In one year we know who is serious and capable of building the kind of business foundation that we can actually work with and proudly connect to. Very few artists make it past year one. Then there is #TNM year two. In year two we start to explain how to gain funding for this business you have set up. Very few artists have the patience to even start year two! Then there is the issue of attitude. Some artist loose site of their responsibility to the community at large, the more popular they become. Attitude tends to "do a lot of members in", every year during the "#TNM cuts season".
![]() "If you feel you are better then everyone else this isn't the family for you in the first place. We don't put up with a lot of egoistic or unrealistic mumbo jumbo! I work in a very unique way because I saw what was happening in music and I didn't like it. Its ego that has the industry stealing from artists and grinning about it. Haughty owners with hefty pockets, have created a way to invest in a product, then steal the ownership of it, without even telling the creator they are being bought out! So my team and I work for little and sometimes no pay in order to take a stand against something that really pisses me off. My experience and skill set is what I use to fight against a thing I think is unjust. Most people on my level wont even talk to an unknown artist! So if I am willing to sit down one on one and talk you through every single aspect of an industry that doesn't even want you to know this stuff; I expect some level of respect, kindness and humility. The company at large has an expectation for its members. It expects its clients to give back what we work so hard to give the clients which is RESPECT & recognition for the art we do. We do "good business" in an industry that makes that very hard to pull off. We care, but we wont support a jerk." - Lady Rayne McCloud #TNM CEO & Head of Music Management
So WHO got cut and who quit last year and why???
We wouldn't give you those kind of details! haha THAT JUST AIN'T RIGHT! BUT I can tell you this much. If they were a member and they are not a member any more. These are the ONLY REASONS WHY.... 1. Working toward their branding and business got hard. As they increased in popularity and they quit because they decided this industry wasn't for them. 2. Lady Rayne isn't playing around, she is tough and they got mad at her and quit. ( this happens). 3. They didn't complete the mandatory year one requirements and got cut! 4. They had a Honorable attitude and got cut! 5. They proved to have no real work ethic and wanted something for nothing, which got them cut. IN SHORT THEY COULD NOT HANDLE MUSIC AS AN INDUSTRY ON THIS LEVEL! PERIOD. Lets talk about the up side. Check out the most current #TNM members and look for the GOLD VET tag. Gold vets are those who not only finished year one but went above and beyond expectations in one way or another! Now lets see if you can show and prove, lets build your business and brand!
